Terms of Service

1. Who we are

DeskyPaw is software made and sold by Itrostack LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. By using this website, downloading the free trial or buying DeskyPaw you agree to these terms, the End-User License Agreement and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What you are buying

• DeskyPaw for Mac is a desktop pet app. A free 3-day trial needs no account and no payment details.
• After the trial, one one-time payment (US$9.99, or the local-currency price shown at checkout, for example ₹399 in India) gives you a license key for the current major version (no subscription). The key can be activated on up to 3 of your own Macs at a time; you can deactivate one Mac to free a slot.
• Minor updates and fixes for the version you bought are included. We may charge for a future major version; this never affects the version you already own.

3. Payments, taxes and delivery

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. Dodo collects your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, issues your receipt and emails your license key. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The product is delivered digitally: your key appears on the thank-you page and in the email from Dodo. Dodo has its own terms and privacy policy that apply to the payment.

4. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: if DeskyPaw is not right for you, ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

5. Your license and acceptable use

The software is licensed, not sold, under the EULA. Do not share, resell or publish your license key, and do not try to bypass the trial or activation checks.

6. Ownership

DeskyPaw, including its code, 3D pets, animations, artwork, sounds, name, logo and this website, is owned by Itrostack LLP and protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any of it to you. Some artwork and 3D models were made with AI tools and then rigged, animated and edited by us.

7. The website and the live demo

The website is provided as is. The demo runs in your browser and is meant for trying the pets; it may be unavailable or change at any time. Our Privacy page describes what is stored.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

DeskyPaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to DeskyPaw or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for DeskyPaw, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, including consumer rights where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will change and the new terms apply to later purchases and use. Terms you accepted at purchase keep applying to that purchase unless the law says otherwise.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the competent courts in India, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you where you live.
