Refund Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026. DeskyPaw is made by Itrostack LLP and sold through Dodo Payments.

Short version: if DeskyPaw is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and you get your money back. No questions asked.

How to ask

1. Email hello@deskypaw.app from the address you bought with, or use the link in your Dodo receipt, and include your order or receipt number.
2. We confirm and start the refund. It goes back to your original payment method; your bank may need a few business days to show it.
3. Your license key is deactivated and you stop using DeskyPaw.

After 14 days

We can still help if something is wrong, for example if the app does not work on your Mac and we cannot fix it. Write to us and we will do what is fair. Your rights under local consumer law are not affected.

The free 3-day trial has no payment details and no account, so you can see how DeskyPaw runs on your Mac before you buy.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; it is faster and we will refund you. A chargeback ends your license.
