End-User License Agreement

Last updated: 13 October 2026. These terms are offered by Itrostack LLP ("we", "us"), the maker of DeskyPaw. Contact: hello@deskypaw.app.

This agreement is between you and Itrostack LLP for the DeskyPaw app for macOS (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software you accept it.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 Macs that you own or control, for your own personal or business use, during the free trial and, after you buy a license key, for as long as you own that key and comply with this agreement. Each key is for one person; a team needs one key per person.

2. Free trial

The trial lasts 3 days from first launch. After that the Software asks for a license key. You may not try to reset or extend the trial.

3. Activation

To activate, the Software sends your key and your Mac's name to our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and checks the key online again about once a week; it keeps working offline for a limited grace period. See Privacy. You can deactivate a Mac from the app's menu to move your license.

4. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, share or publish the Software or your license key.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except where the law lets you despite this clause.
• Extract, copy or reuse the 3D models, rigs, animations, textures, sounds, icons or other assets from the Software or website, or build products from them.
• Remove copyright notices, or bypass the trial, activation or license checks.
• Use the Software for anything unlawful.

5. Ownership

The Software and everything in it are owned by Itrostack LLP and its licensors and are licensed, not sold. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. "DeskyPaw" and the DeskyPaw logo are our marks. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.; DeskyPaw is not affiliated with Apple.

6. Updates

We may release updates and fixes. Minor updates to the version you bought are included. We may change or end features, and we may charge for a future major version.

7. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break it or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. Then you must stop using and delete the Software. Clauses that by nature should survive (ownership, warranty, liability, governing law) survive.

8. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Itrostack LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profit, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the Software. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Third-party software

The Software uses Apple system frameworks. The website demo uses three.js (MIT License). Their notices remain with them.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the competent courts in India, without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you where you live.
